Most orders will ship out within 3-5 business days. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Dramaglider is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges, returns, and cancellations.

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery.

Ship items back: 7 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for

  • Unsealed and opened CDs
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items

Returns and exchange details

Items lost, damaged, or misplaced by USPS will NOT be refunded.

In the unlikely event that USPS loses your item, Dramaglider will provide you any and all information about the item and origin of shipment required for you to file a claim with USPS. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact USPS and resolve the problem.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
