Trever Has Left the Building
Neil from Dramaglider here. It is with a heavy heart that I finally get to share the sad news that last weekend’s show at Feed Arts & Cultural Center in Kankakee, IL was our official “unofficial” final time playing with the amazing Trever Hawley behind the drums. More on what that actually means at another time.
Although I would love to take this opportunity to dish out some juicy Behind the Music clichéd tales of us booting the bum out due to excessive drug use, alcohol abuse, maybe even some angel dust, switchblades, and sexually perverse photography involving tennis rackets… This is simply not the case.
The truth is Trever and his wonderfully supportive husband, Jim, have found a new life, home, and opportunity away from Chicagoland and we wish them nothing but the best. The Champaign, IL music scene is not only getting one hell of a musician added to their community, but one of the most decent and kind human beings and friends you’ll ever meet.
It was an honor and joy playing with you, Trever. You are already missed.
Seriously, though, Jim… This is all your fault! 🙂
So anyone know any available drummers?
